Joe has been working in the tech industry for many years, as an IT Manager, writer, editor, and business owner. He resides in the greater Chicago area with his family.
He is the owner of Hertvik Business Services, a copy writing business that produces written marketing content for the tech industry.
Joe is also an industry writer and editor, who has produced over 1000 articles on computer topics for various publications in the last 20 years. He is a contributing editor for IT Jungle, where he writes their Admin Alert column.
In his “spare time”, Joe runs a Data Center and a Help Desk for two companies in the greater Chicago area.
