Dan Burger at IT Jungle offers an interesting article about the latest IT Salary report from Computer Economics.
Computer Economics is quoting average salary increases anywhere from 1.8 percent to 3 percent, which sound pretty accurate.
In more positive news, there are uptrends in the rise in staff turnover rates. 42 percent of companies are also expecting to add IT staff in 2012.
