IT Jungle: Simple Rules Five, Six, Seven for Applying PTFs

After posting my March 21st IT Jungle article on Four Simple Rules for PTF Management, I received so much good information from IT Jungle readers on PTFs that I wrote a follow-up column incorporating some of the tips they gave me.
